SEC 1.0 — PURPOSE & SCOPE

Whoever holds the next due date owns the customer.

PumpRoster will text your customers when their tank is due, plan your routes, and send your invoices. You just drive.

Get on the roster

In development. The roster gets first access and the founding rate. No demo call — you'll sign up yourself, like a normal person.

Failure modes

Every tank you pump is a 3–5 year annuity. The next due date is the asset — not the truck, not the hose. Paper route cards and a spreadsheet someone's nephew built in 2014 do not protect an asset.

System components

What we're building
4.1 — Due-date reminders PLANNED

Every tank gets a next-due date. We text the customer when it comes up — you get the booking. The reminder goes out whether or not you remembered to look.

4.2 — Route sheet PLANNED

The day's stops in driving order. Lid locations and gate codes right on the sheet, so the new guy doesn't call you from the driveway.

4.3 — Invoice at the driveway PLANNED

Done before you pull out. Card or check recorded against the job, so the office isn't chasing paper at the end of the week.

4.4 — Tank records PLANNED

Gallons, baffle condition, last pump-out — the stuff you currently keep in your head. On the record where the next driver can read it.

Troubleshooting

When does it launch?

In development now. Roster members get access first, and the founding rate is guaranteed for as long as you stay subscribed. The waitlist is how you hold your place.

What do I get for signing up?

First access when we launch, the founding rate locked in, free data entry of your route cards (Addendum A), and a direct line to the people building it.

My records are on paper cards — how do I get them in?

Addendum A: we type them in for you. Mail us a photo or a box of cards and we key in the customers, tanks, and last pump-out dates before your first season.

Do my customers need an app?

No. They get a text. The whole point is the homeowner does nothing until their tank is due, then they reply to book.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no setup fee, no demo call to get in or out.

Does it do grease traps / portable toilets?

Septic pump-outs first. Tell us what your trucks do when you join the roster and we'll build in that order.
